Good Vibes Only — Terms of Use

Good Vibes Only is a community map where people pin small moments of good they witnessed. These terms exist to keep it that way. By using the app, creating an account, or posting, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The one rule

Good vibes only. The map is for surfacing good: kindness, acts of service, good times, and everything else worth smiling about. It is not a place for negativity directed at anyone, and posts that do not fit simply do not go up.

Your content

• You own what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your vibes within the app so they can appear on the map for other users. The license for a vibe ends when it is deleted, subject to short-lived backups.
• Posts are anonymous by default. Your name appears only when you choose to show it for a given post.
• Vibes naturally fade from the map after about 90 days. You can delete your own vibes at any time, and deleting your account removes all of them.
• Post only what you have the right to share, and leave other people's private details (like a full name they have not shared publicly, or someone's home address) out of your posts.

Community standards

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. That includes harassment, bullying, hate, threats, sexually explicit material, content that endangers or exploits minors, spam, and impersonation. Content like this is removed, and accounts that post it can be suspended or banned, including on the first offense.

How moderation works

• Screening. Text is screened before and after posting to filter out content that does not belong on a good-vibes map.
• Reporting. Every vibe can be reported from inside the app. Reports go straight to us and are reviewed promptly, with reported content acted on within 24 hours.
• Blocking. You can block any poster. Vibes from blocked posters disappear from your map immediately, and you can unblock at any time in Settings.
• Enforcement. We may remove any content or restrict, suspend, or ban any account that harms the community, at our discretion.

Accounts

• You can browse the map without an account. Posting and confirming vibes require one.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Good Vibes Only.
• Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your account, your vibes, and your settings.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the app. That means no attempting to break, overload, or probe the service, no scraping other users' content, no posting others' personal information, and no using the app for anything unlawful.

The service itself

Good Vibes Only is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise the map, the data, or the service will always be perfect, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app to the fullest extent permitted by law. Locations shown on the map are approximate and provided by users; use your own judgment in the real world.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
